Mr. Nesnas holds an LL.B from the University of Surrey, UK, with a specialization in commercial and corporate law. His passion for this field led him to pursue an LL.M in Commercial and Corporate Law at Queen Mary, University of London, where he graduated with First Class honours and received an award in Corporate Governance.

Mr. Nesnas specializes in Company Law, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, International Commercial Law, Employment Law, and Corporate Governance. He advises banks and brokerage firms in Palestine on the Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act and represents international financial institutions on their financial and investment transactions.

Notably, Mr. Nesnas played a key role in drafting the 2021 Companies Law and its implementing regulations, and he regularly assists the Companies Registry in their implementation of the new law.
